A webinar to mark International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) 2026. With inspiring speakers sharing different perspectives from across the profession.

In celebration of INWED, this webinar explores what #engineeringintelligence really means in 2026. From artificial intelligence to emotional intelligence, engineering’s future will be shaped not just by the systems we build, but by the data we understand and the human intelligence we bring to teams and organisations.

Key topics

  • Artificial intelligence: how emerging technologies are transforming engineering practice and decision making.

  • Data intelligence: what the latest insights reveal about the experiences of women and other underrepresented groups in engineering, and how data can guide change.

  • Emotional intelligence: the human skills that enable collaboration, inclusive cultures and effective leadership, and why they matter more than ever in a technologically advancing industry.

Reasons to attend

  • Get insight into how AI and data are shaping our profession, and what this means for your role now and in the future.

  • Hear from inspiring speakers sharing different perspectives on the profession, and how data can support a more inclusive future.

  • Understand the human skills that support collaboration, inclusive cultures and leadership across the industry.
