Being a recipient of the award means that they have demonstrated the skills and achievements necessary to mark them out as the "one to watch" among the Institution's global membership.

After an extensive judging process, we are pleased to announce our joint winners for 2023 as Matthew Penellum and Sharjeel Larik. The panel were unable to choose just one winner this year, with Matthew and Sharjeel both showcasing an impressive variety of skills and acheivements.

Sharjeel Larik

Sharjeel showcased impressive experience in a variety of projects in his initial submission and further wowed judges in the interview with his leadership and management skills.

The judging panel narrowed down all the entries to a final six, which also included Robert Jones, Richard Walmsley, Chiara Bariviera and Lukas Ziak.
